Introduction

It can continuously shear, disperse and emulsify products by high speed and strong liquidized turbulence power, which generate by its stator and rotor. The stator and rotor are high tech designed. All parts, which contact products, are applied with stainless steel, and the main shaft is made of special stainless steel. Standard Emulsifier is equipped with mechanical seal. If required, a stuffing seal can be used. The Emulsifier can also be modified according to special requirements for different kind of applications. Generally, the machine is in simple structure, small size, light weight, low noise and running reliable. The main advantage is that it integrates multi-functions, such as shearing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing and transferring, without any milling medium.

Application

The machine can be applied in petrifaction, paint, dyestuff, dope, pharmacy, grease, fine chemical, foods and beverage industries. For powder and liquid application, the machine can disperse and dissolve high adherent and high solid percentage products easily. For liquid and liquid application, the machine can emulsify grease, liquid and reagent, and shear cellularity.
