Machine description:
(Cleaning In Place) System is used for the cleaning of pipeline and container of the filling system for milk, juice, beverage etc.
A centrifugal pump will be ued in CIP system to convey the cleaning liquid to the pipeline and containers, and then the cleaning liquid will be forced to circulate in the pipelines and containers.
with this kind of cleaning process, the filling system do not need to be aparted for cleaning.
CIP unit contains self-automatic control program, including completed cleaning process. The program includes all-process cleaning program, acid cleaning program and lye cleaning program. Both of the cleaning water and the dissolvent is acceptable for CIP system. The temperature and the desity of the cleaning water can be enacted and controlled accurately. What is more, the density of the cleaning solution can be mixed automatically.
Total-automatic control to provide safety operating interface.
Tota-automatic add acid/alkali depending on the density monitor, which self control the density of the dissolvent. So that it can reduce the demand of human resource, and make sure the safety of the human.
Adopt the tubular heat exchanger, bear high pressure resistance, no block, and few maintaince fee.
