Product Description:

2. Main structure: Material tanks, sterilizer tank, material pump, exheater, hot water cross occur, controller etc.
3. Control system: PLC controller, touch screen operating, frequency conversion timing, PID temperature controller.
4. Working principle: Pre-sterilizing, sterilizing for the pipe which material will touch, use the hot water cycle in the pipe, more than 20 min, then lower the pipe temp., starting sterilizing for the material. The material which had disposal to the material tank, use the pump sending to pipe heat exchanger.
